Honey Pre-Save Sweepstakes – Official Terms

The Honey Pre-Save Sweepstakes is sponsored by Kevin Honold, an independent recording artist operating at kevinhonold.com ("Sponsor"), located at 1 2nd St, Apt 1612, Jersey City, NJ 07302.

Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States only, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, or financial consideration of any kind is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

How to Enter & Entry Limits
Participants may enter during the Sweepstakes period by:

  1. Pre-saving the song “Honey” on Spotify via the Show.co campaign page and authorizing email collection; OR

  2. Using the alternative email-only entry option provided on the campaign page.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Entries where email collection is denied or blocked during the Spotify authorization process are ineligible, as the Sponsor will have no means to contact the entrant.

Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins when the Show.co campaign goes live and ends at the date and time specified on the campaign page. All entries must be received before the close of the Sweepstakes period. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper.

Prize, Taxes, and Shipping
Five (5) winners will each receive one signed vinyl copy of the album The Forge.

  • Retail Value: $30.00 per unit.

  • Shipping: Provided at no cost to the winner (Approx. $5.00 value).

  • Total ARV: $35.00 per prize; $175.00 total prize pool.
    Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random within fifteen (15) days of the Sweepstakes' end. Sponsor will export all eligible entries from Show.co and use a random number generator (via Google Sheets) to assign values; the five highest-ranked unique entries will win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, or if a notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility.

Privacy and Marketing Consent
By entering, you agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and explicitly consent to receive promotional emails from Kevin Honold. You may opt out at any time via the "unsubscribe" link. Data is used solely for administration and marketing; Sponsor will not sell your data to third parties.

Limitation of Liability & Release
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or lost/damaged mail.

Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Spotify, Show.co, Instagram, or TikTok. Participants should use #Sweepstakes in any social media posts related to this entry.
