Honey Pre-Save Sweepstakes – Official Terms

Sponsor
The Honey Pre-Save Sweepstakes is sponsored by Kevin Honold, an independent recording artist operating at kevinhonold.com (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States only, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

How to Enter
Participants may enter during the Sweepstakes period by completing one of the following methods:

  1. Pre-saving the song “Honey” on Spotify through the official Show.co campaign page; or

  2. Using the alternative email-only entry option provided on the campaign page.

Each eligible entry receives one initial entry.

Bonus Entries
After entry, participants may receive additional entries by sharing their unique referral link. Each successful referral that completes a valid entry will count as an additional entry, subject to any limits imposed by the campaign platform.

Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins when the Show.co campaign goes live and ends at the date and time specified on the campaign page. All entries must be received before the close of the Sweepstakes period to be eligible.

Prize
Five (5) winners will each receive one signed vinyl copy of the album The Forge. Approximate retail value varies. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or substitute prize will be provided.

Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Sweepstakes period ends. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable time period, an alternate winner may be selected.

Shipping and Address Collection
Mailing addresses will be collected only from confirmed winners for the sole purpose of prize fulfillment. Shipping is limited to addresses within the United States. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once sent.

Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and solely for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and fulfilling prizes.

Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, network interruptions, platform errors, or any other issues that may affect entry or participation. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation or prize use.

Platform Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Spotify, Show.co, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform.

Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
